Slow and Steady Wins the Race

Time goes by in a blink when you’re busy, doesn’t it? We had such grand plans for this summer but, after looking back and taking stock of what we’ve accomplished, we realized our “to-do” list still has a lot of “to doing” to get done. Suddenly, the darkness creeping outside our window at 7:30 p.m. is an unsettling reminder that we’ve less time to get outside and do what we wanted. Another summer is in the books.

But, just because summer flew by doesn’t mean Team Push sat on our hands for the past few months. Since starting Push Endurance last spring, we’ve been working hard to increase awareness of Push Recovery, our endurance and recovery supplement. Along the way, we’ve worked with and partnered with some very amazing people, including:

Joel Aziere and TriWisconsin Triathlon Team
Troy Stram and the Penn State Triathlon Team
Tracey Cohen at Half2Run
Mike Donovan and the Hendersonville HEAT
Nicole Capella and the Virginia Tech Triathlon Club
Coach Greg Moriates and Xtreme Multisports
Alecia Holzworth and Bridal Party Bootcamp here in Madison
Michael McCrary and the rest of the University of Iowa University of Iowa Trihawks
David Kina and the University of Buffalo Triathlon Team and Cycling Team
Sergio Angeles and the Richmond Cycling Team
Scott Mares and Scott Hackett of Cross Bike Review
Colleen Feriod and the Yale Triathlon Team
Brandon Walter Heimer and the MIT Triathlon Club

We were also proud to be a part of this year’s Bike and Build cross country bike ride to raise money for affordable housing, and the St. Jude’s Relay Run from Memphis to Peoria, Il. A special congrats to Zach Schmidt and Brad Busing, respectively, for doing their part to do some good for those who need it most.

Since mid June, we’ve been working with triathlete Ryan Falkenrath, a product tester for Everymantri.com and blogger for Examiner.com and his personal blog, “I Tri Because I can.” Ryan used Push Recovery in his training for the Ironman Boulder on Aug. 7th, and continued to use Push Recovery for his Jackson County Triathlon and Wakarusa Off-Road Challenge. Check out his review of Push Recovery here.

We also had two members of Team Push compete in this year’s Ragnar Relay Series from Winona to Minneapolis, MN on August 19-20. Congrats to Nick and Niki for getting it done!

So what else have we been up to?

Plenty.

Expect more product reviews and partnership announcements in the near future. Check out this blog for weekly articles and athlete bios, featuring athletes who are discovering just how beneficial Push Recovery is to their training and competitions.

Until next time,
Keep Pushin’
