Push Endurance Q&A : Session #01

There are a ton of endurance and recovery supplements to choose from. Go to your local GNC or visit any online store and you’ll be overwhelmed with options. The decision on which product to try can be confusing. You want a supplement that can improve your training, but you don’t want to spend a small fortune experimenting until you find the one that’s best for you.

Any time an athlete has a question about our company or our supplement, Push Recovery, we’re always glad to help them out. From finding a dosing plan for best results or for more general questions about our ingredients, please feel free to drop us an email at kevin@pushendurance.com.

Here’s a question we recently received:

Q: What makes your supplement (Push Recovery) better than other endurance and recovery formulas on the market, like Accelerade and Endurox? I have a supplement plan that I currently like and find effective, so why should I try yours?

A: After taking a look at Accelerade and Endurox, Accelerade looks like it’s to be used during training for energy, and Endurox is to be used after training for recovery. Push Recovery can do both: use it before and during exercise to boost energy, focus and athletic performance, then use it after exercise for recovery. You don’t need to buy two separate products. I know many athletes who have stopped buying 3-6 different products and have saved a considerable amount of money each month by only purchasing Push Recovery.

Accelerade, Endurox and other recovery products typically use whey for their protein source. The disadvantage to whey is that it needs to be digested so the body can use the amino acids for fuel or for recovery. Digestion can be a concern for two reasons:

  • Digestion may cause gastrointestinal/stomach upset or cramping, and that’s the last thing any athlete wants on the road during an event.
  • Digestion takes time. Getting amino acids into circulation quickly to be used for fuel or recovery should be a top priority to the athlete.

Push Recovery uses free-form amino acids, which do not need to be digested, so they get absorbed and perform their function much faster than whey.

Another difference: most endurance and recovery drinks don’t contain safe, legal and proven performance boosters like creatine monohydrate, citrulline malate, beta alanine, acetyl l-carnitine or rhodiola. Push Recovery does, all in one formula. These ingredients have mountains of research to support their recovery- and endurance-enhancing effects. For a complete explanation of all the ingredients in Push Recovery, check out the Science page of our website at http://www.pushendurance.com/.

Push Recovery also contains ingredients that improve mood and mental focus, which many athletes appreciate after hours on the road. Other endurance and recovery products do not.

Finally, why should you try something new when you currently have a plan that works for you? Science always improves on what’s currently available. A 1999 Ford Taurus can get you from point A to point B just fine, but a newer model can get you to your destination faster, safer, in more comfort and with better gas mileage. Never shy away from seeing how a newer and different product can improve on your current plan. With Push Recovery’s money-back guarantee on your purchase price, you really have nothing to lose.
